Terms & Conditions
- Security deposit €300 must be paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full within 7 days after departure, subject to damage inspection.
- Check-in time 4.00 p.m.
- Check-out 10.00 a.m.
- Energy costs included.
- Linen & towels included.
- No pets allowed.
- Minimum stay 4 days.
- Maximum occupancy 6 adults and 3 children.
- Smoking not permitted anywhere in the property.
- Events and parties not permitted.
- Noise to be kept to a minimum between 9pm and 9am to respect the neighbours.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
- The pool is open for the season from May to September inclusive.

The balcony is a great place to have coffee in the morning. The kitchen had everything we needed & more. We barbecued a few nights in the outdoor kitchen and they had left charcoal for us which was a nice touch!
